Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all NaturoBest tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
